• No Refunds: On early departures. 

• Cancellation Policy:  A $30.00 deposit is required in order to secure reservations on daily & weekly stays. A $50.00 deposit will be required to reserve a spot for a monthly stay. Cancelling a reservation must be done at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date or deposits will be forfeited and the site will be released. A $7.00 handling fee will be applied to all refunds & cancellations. 

• Check-out: 12 noon, everyday. If no one is coming in on the site,residents are welcome to stay until 5 p.m. You are not considered moved out until RV, propane tanks (including rented tanks) and all personal property are removed from premises. Site is to be left clean and picnic table returned to original location. 

• Late Fee: Rent payment is due upon move-in and monthly rents are due the first of each month thereafter. A $35.00 late fee will apply if rent payment is not made within 5 days of the due date.

*** Cable Ready:  Each RV Pedestal has a cable hook up.  Cable TV and/or High Speed Internet service can be purchased by calling Comcast Cable at (877) 921-1379. Be sure to give them the park address and site number. It is recommended that you request electronic billing so the bill will come directly to your email. 

• Water Usage:   Up to 2,000 gallons water usage is allocated in rent per  month/65 gallons per daily usage on shorter stays. You will be charged for any overages  at a rate of .005 cents per gallon/$5.00 per 1,000 gallons. Meter readings will be provided to you upon move-in, at the beginning & end of each month during monthly rentals and a final reading upon move-out. Make sure your hoses, connections & regulators are in good condition and do not let water run in the winter months.
  

• Registration:Residents are required fill out the and submit Online Registration Form. Drivers License will be required to verify Identity. 

• Injury/Loss: Watson’s RV Park and agents will assume no responsibility for any theft, damage, vandalism, fire or weather related injury or loss, injury, or loss by accident to either property or person of any resident or guest. You enter and stay on the property at your own risk. Please keep welding leads and personal property secured. It is recommended that you maintain the appropriate insurance in this regard.

• Damages:   You are liable for any damages to RV Park property including but not limited to Fence, Electric Pedestals, Water & Sewer Connections. These Damages will be turned in to your insurance company or charged to your credit card.
  

• RV Sites: One camping unit per site. Pop-ups and self-contained units only, no tents. Maximum 4 people per site. 

RENTAL RATES INCLUDE

• Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles per site.

• All RV’s:  Must be self-contained w/sewer hose, sewer elbow on the end of sewer hose. They must have tight, secure connections, no leaks, all systems in good working order. Management reserves the right to refuse entry in to the park if not met with above requirements. 

• Vehicle Criteria:   Proof of current Insurance & Registration is required. We do not accept van conversions or converted school/transit buses or horse trailers. All RV’s must have a clean appearance, no body damage or rust.
  

• Payment:   Only Credit Card payments will be accepted effective March 1, 2014. A 2% CC Fee will apply to all Credit Card payments.
